I recieved this player today, the download and set up was easy, hooked it up to my 40 inch sumsung picture was fantastic, connected it up to a yamaha amp sound was awesome full surround sound DTS all worked.
This machine is great it looks good and works well every function works including the remote and buttons. The adaptor for the plug is easy to fit just push it on and do up one screw.

just connected this blue-ray to my toshiba 1080p lcd tv it worked straight out of the box the picture and sound quality is excellent it looks great to with its black gloss looks at this price what a bargain get one
Rating:  - An excellent player, marred by a problematic remote
While I'd agree with all the other reviewers - this is an excellent introduction to blu-ray, surely I can't be the only person having problems with the remote control? The dead giveaway that its a fault known by Samsung, is that its listed as the first item in the troubleshooting section - "No operations can be performed with the remote control". this is a good player, as soon as it come i updated it to the new firmware.
ive not noticed the player glitch yet.
Rating: - excellent value for money
recieved this player yesterday set it up with a lg 50" and put on the simsons dvd what a picture far clearer than sky hd and for under £200 what a bargin would highly reccomend
