Yes I bought one of these and it's now on the local rubbish dump where it belongs. It never worked.

I was in the market for a good quality portable DVD player for my daughter and stumbled on this Xoro gem which also comes with Freeview TV and whole host of other useful features. The player looks really smart and feels robust. The screen gives very good pictures. I got this product from Germany via Amazon Marketplace, I really liked the design of this Xoro 9.2" Multiregion Portable DVD Player & Digital Freeview TV and even without the battery it looks great as a tablet PC type of design but getting Freeview was one big headache I can't belive how hard it is to watch television. Please read the below before you purchase, buy this at your own risk if you wish to use Freeview, the only way I can view Freeview is to plug into the rooftop aerial, clearly this isn't now portable! I received extremely poor and rude service from the supplier as well, very unwilling to help. I now own a very expensive portable DVD player.
