Rating:  - Poor build quality
This DVD player is very poorly built, ours lasted less than 12 months. Usually not a problem except that Hyundai don't have any customer service, guarantee or website. Amazon supply a contact that doesn't reply. Save your money and buy a different brand, we're left with a useless piece of electronic junk.

this seemed like an ideal buy for me it has all the kit and worked really well.
thing is it only lasted till it was outside of its guarantee then it stopped working! Its not like it was hammered it was well looked after, played regularly, but that is what you bought it for in the first place!
I would recommend buying a better make like a Toshiba or a Philips.

Rating: - wast of money
I was quite happy with my old Panasonic DVD player until it decided to give up the fight. So I thought the Hyundai HPD719 DVD Player would be the answer to my problems. I was wrong, the screen quality was appalling and to top it of I was supplied with the wrong TV connections.
The quality is cheep and nasty, don't by it if you're used to something better.

Bought this for my grand daughter who is six years old and she has so much fun out of it. This keeps her amused for hours wile travelling in the car.
The sound quality is very clear and can easily be heard above the car engine even when not at its maximum. Also the picture is of a high quality with good definition on the screen even for a small machine.
Recommended to buy.
