Rating: - Great DVD Player
When it comes to electronics Sony leads the way. This DVD player is very simple to use plus a great cost for a multi region player. Now I can play movies I have bought when on holiday in the USA. REcommend to anyone looking for a multi region player.
Rating: - Fit for Scrap
I'd love to be able to review this product, but it broke after two uses. Wouldn't open or play. When it did work it was slower than I expected given the equivalent Sony model I had for the previous 8 years was fast as lightening, never stuck and also never made that annoying whirring noise.
I'm never buying Sony products again as this is the second thing I've had from them that has been inoperable within a week of purchase. Avoid at all costs, spend your money at Philips, Toshiba or Panasonic.

very easy to buy, not at all easy to return!! this is not multi-region and when set up it will not play any dvd's at all. will return to germany(!) for full refund. not at all happy with amazon.

Having read previous reviews, I was disappointed to find that my player wouldn't play multi-region DVDs. I will return it for a refund.
Rating: - This is a brill dvd player
I have tested this dvd player and it is indeed a multiregion dvd player. It is great. And that it has Divx means lots of formats can be played. Easy to use, easy to set up - just plug in the scart lead and you are away. This is well worth the money!!!!
