Rating:  - i love this ITEM but I screwed it up - is this fixable?
In fiddling with the setup menu I somehow enteree that I was using a PROGRESSIVE SCAN as opposed to the other option (I believe it is standard, but might be NTSC, my problem is now I cannot get my menu back exceot with the RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN ON THE LEFT AND THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE SCREEN ON THE RIGHT AND A HUGE PROGRESSIVE WARNING WITH A CAUTION ARROW OVER THE VIDEO ... This is most certainly true for this little dvd player, although small it size, its ability and price easily exceed some of the supersized branded items on the market. Unlike its overrated named cousins, this machine offers divx which is a most highly prized feature and usually swells the price tag. I love this DVD player, it plays any region dvd with no hassle when they have RCE.
The only problem i have is with the DivX certification. It says it Home Theater certified. But when trying to register it using the unlock code included in the DVD player it is not recognised. DivX Labs have informed me that it is not officially licenced with them and should not have the DivX Home Theater logo on it.

Rating: - Nice little runner.
I bought this machine about 3 months ago and I was so pleased with it's performance. It's astonishingly inexpensive considering the price normally paid for DivX-capable dvd players, and it's so small it would fit into anyone's tv cabinet.
I did start having those problems everyone seems to be having, I have no idea why it happens but I did manage to fix them thanks to previous reviewers on here- so THANK YOU!

Rating: - Second time around
This little gem is the second I have bought. I liked my first one so much that I decided go get myself another. Now I am the proud owner ot two. Easy to play and easy to set up as an all region player. I am not very demanding of my players so I have absolutely no problems...and for this price, it is got to be all right!.
