Rating:  - DON'T GET THIS MP3 PLAYER!
Anybody thinking of getting this player, be prepared for a lot of pain. I bought mine christmas 2005 sadly because of it's looks and the capacity and i've had nothing but trouble.
First of all the CONNECT software failed and I couldn't use for days until the website said I had to download Sonicstage to use instead.The sonicstage song shop is a ripoff charging 99p at most times for just one song.

Rating:  - great but with afew faults
i have only had this mp3 player one day and so far it has been great, the software was a little tricky at first but i soon go the hang of it.
the main problem i have found is that when you turn the mp3 player off there is no way of putting it on hold, this mean it will easily turn on i your pockect with out you knowing and your battery will run flat. quite a major fauly on an otherwise great mp3 player.

This is my second Sony mp3 player, the Nwe-107 1gb being my first, it was the best player i had, just not enought storage, so i needed a hdd instead of a flash mp3.
I have owned Creative + ipods. ipods being worse and creative being ok. Sony mp3 are great.

The Product is superb. Stylish slim design,easy to navigate, good sound quality, superb battery life, plenty of disc space and all at a very reasonable price. So why on earth do sony supply such a brilliant rival to the ipod with such dreadful software
As to downloading sonic stage. I have 2MB broadband and managed to download just 400kb of the 5.4mb download from the Sony site in 20 minutes, then got a message telling me the download had failed

I love my gadgets and have had hands on with many MP3 players, but none come so close to this stunning looking device. Not only is it attractive and very unputtadownable (Yeah I know I made that word up) but it is so easy to use.....
