Rating:  - Fantastic Stereo but not as easy as it looks....
I bought this stereo because I thought it would be excellent for my iPod. Reviews I had read online said it was easy to use so it seemed the best around. Don't get me wrong, it is a fantastic stereo, the sound is great, the tuner picks up hard to get stations and the CD player works very well. But it is not as easy to work with an iPod as it makes out.

Rating:  - It plays ipod songs - if you can find the damn things!
The interface is pretty much useless when connecting the iPOD to this unit via USB.... unless you know the folder or track NUMBERS of the ipod. You can search for a specific track title but cannot search by folder or artist, etc...
It also seems to play songs in a completely arbitrary order on the iPOD.
Also, make sure you don't have too many songs on the iPOD, otherwise it'll just not bother loading the extras.

Everything worked 'as advertised' and I thought it was good value. However after just a few weeks the paint on the CD head unit has badly peeled. It may well be a one off manufacturing defect but I am sending it back and buying a more recognised brand.
Rating:  - Better, so much better than the YAKUMO
After trying the YAKUMO stereo (TWICE), I finally gave up and went with this unit.
It is everything that the Yakumo pretends to be....but this one works.
The radio quality is great - best I've had from a car stereo yet. The CD/USB/SD reader all work fine...no problems.
If you like pulling your hair out and swearing at the little noise box in your car as it keeps going wrong, then get the YAKUMO....If you just want to turn on, tune in and drive, then get this one.
Rating: - Good car stereo at good price
With no experience of car audio I was concerned about installing this player but it couldn't have been simpler. It has standard ISO connectors which most modern cars have. I just plugged them in and it worked. So far it has played all the MP3 disks I have tried on it. The sound quality seems fine to me.
