This is dead simple - it does exactly what the product claims and is straight-forward to use.
Rating: - Good Cable but bad design
It's a shme to give this product such a bad review but as with most other non switched Scart blocks the picture is brilliant untill more than one RGB cable is plugged in where the picture becomes dark and the sound becomes either non existant or very quiet. I suppose it may work as an output splitter. In short the cable on the block is top quality but the block itself is useless. Don't buy this, buy the Hama Scart splitter with a belkin cable because that works brilliantly and this does not.

My experience is very similar to that of reviewer R Jennings; regardless of what combination of devices is connected the picture quality is shocking. Unfortunately I was little slow arranging the return and my 30 days expired yesterday!
Rating: - Works spot on for me
I bought this despite some less than glowing previous reports and can report that it works perfectly for me. I have a freeview box, Wii and DVD all plugged into this so I can make use of the single RGB socket on my sony TV for all three. As long as you have only one switched on at once it is spot on and I can now control all the items just using the remote. Plus if the freeview box is on when the TV is switched on it goes straight to this, which I had probs with before. It's all good..
Rating: - Not fit for purpose
Picture quality from one input is seriously degraded when another input is plugged in (even if the second source is switched off). What a waste of time. Returned for a refund, which was cheerfully processed, including the P&P -- well done Amazon.
