Bought this from an electronics wholesaler called Jones which I think was based in Leeds from which I got discount due to my union membership. That was christmas 2000 I think. Since then have used all functions and hooked it up to A/V amps of varying quality. Never a problem. Excellent picture quality and sound. I had been after a DVD player for a while, and in various places I saw some good reviews for this one. After some web research I found the cheapest price was with Amazon so I ordered it.
Delivery was quick (as ever) and it came well packed.

Rating: - Toshiba SD120E
The machine is easy to set up and it has a clear easy-to-understand remote control. The quality is excellent but get a surround sound TV to make the most of the top-class audio facilities. Scene switching is fast and flicker free and the menu system makes it easy to navigate a disk. Buy It.

Having got a TV and a VCR I decided perhaps it was about time I ventured out and bought a DVD player. I already have an internal DVD player inside my iMac, but I was starting to experience a few problems with it.
