Rating:  - A bit of a disappointment
In the past I have always admired Datel for their great products and this is no exception. But what really lets this product down is the poorly written interface software and the awfully inaccessible code junkies website.
Due to the interface software having to be cut onto a CD conforming to the PS2 format you are unlikely to get an update to that. But the website really needs to be hosted on a better connection.

Why I gave it 5 stars? Because this cheat system is the best that I have come across. It is easy to use and comes with a memory card to store cheats! The cheats are very easy to use, the manual has all the info! If you are a person who doesn't want to put much time on games, then I wouldn't recommend this to you, because inserting new cheats from the website takes very long unless you have the link to the computer and the keyboard(Which I don't).

I actually bought this on a whim. But bloody hell!!! This little thing is the much bigger than the sum of it's parts.
The cheats.
DVD region X.
And the inclusion of the PSone AR2 cheats disc. A master stroke.
I wouldn't hesitate in recemmoneding this to anyone looking for a great cheat/DVD solution.
...Hmmm, now if i just get the XPort/Keyboard...
Rating: - True Multi Region DVD
Now that DVD Region X for the playstation does not come with the memory module meaning that you have to fork out for another memory card this is a much better proposition. It is simple to use (which is just as well considering the lack of instructions) and plays any DVD's, even the new ones that can detect multi region players, Superb!

..I have used the Action Replay cartridges for years. I bought my wife one for her Gameboy Advance and I have just bought the cartridge for my PS2.
I bought cartridges for the Commodore 64, years gone by, and had always found them useful, because the Action Replay is MORE than a simple cheating cartridge.
