As a new runner who has done marathons (3 and counting) and countless 10ks, I know how much this hurts. I hit the wall and blew up in 2005 London Marathon and dragged my useless legs across the line. I cannot begin to imagine how it must have been like for Jane. I bought the book very shortly after she passed away. With great sadness I opened the first page. This book has you laughing a crying, its a true inspirational read. It's a real account of the way cancer affects a wife, a mother, a husband and a father. If Jane can achieve all that she has, I can live a more ... Read More

Reading Jane's story, told through her and her families eyes, made me weep buckets but not in sympathy, they truly don't want pity. They are normal people living with extraordinary courage.
And one of the best messages from it for me is that it puts ... Read More
